The Digital Workplace team seeks a Manager, Change and Adoption, to support digital workplace solutions. This team provides solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, knowledge management, and user experience, enabling KPMG employees with effective technology and knowledge tools that drive value for the firm and clients.

What You Will Do

• Design and lead business needs discovery and solution workshops.
• Conceptualize and propose solutions tailored to business challenges.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and other units to optimize application use for desired outcomes.
• Enhance collaboration, productivity, and technical capabilities through suitable solutions.
• Identify and assess end-user impact of technological changes and develop appropriate change management plans.

What You Bring To The Role

• Diploma in Organizational Change Management, Learning and Development, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in adoption and change management consulting, professional services, or related roles.
• Relevant change management certifications (e.g., Prosci) are a plus.
• Experience in change management, training, and communication within digital or tech environments.
• Strong understanding of change principles and expertise in Microsoft productivity tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address user needs.

This role requires fluency in English, supporting collaboration with English-speaking colleagues and stakeholders across provinces.

Pay Range & Rewards

The base salary range is $86,000 to $128,500, potentially with bonuses, based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package.
