The Digital Workplace team seeks a Manager, Change and Adoption, to support digital workplace solutions focused on productivity, collaboration, knowledge management, change management, and user experience. These solutions aim to enable KPMG employees with effective technology and knowledge tools, creating value for KPMG and its clients.

What You Will Do

• Design and lead business needs discovery and solution workshops
• Conceptualize and propose tailored solutions to address business challenges
• Collaborate with engagement teams and other units to maximize application use for desired outcomes
• Enhance collaboration, productivity, and technical capabilities with appropriate solutions
• Identify and assess end-user impacts from technology-driven changes and develop change management plans

What You Bring To The Role

• Diploma in Organizational Change Management, Learning and Development, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in adoption and change management consulting, professional services, or related roles
• Relevant change management certifications (e.g., Prosci) are a plus
• Hands-on experience in change management, training, and communication within digital or technology environments
• Strong understanding of change management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs and materials
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address user needs

This role requires fluency in English, supporting collaboration with English-speaking colleagues and stakeholders across Canada.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is $86,000 to $128,500, potentially with bonuses, based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
