The Digital Workplace team is seeking a Manager, Change and Adoption to support digital workplace solutions. This team focuses on providing solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, knowledge management, change management, and user experience, enabling KPMG employees with productive technology and knowledge tools to drive value for the firm and clients.

What You Will Do
  • Design and lead business needs discovery and solution workshops.
  • Conceptualize and propose tailored solutions to address business needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with engagement teams and other business units to optimize application use for desired outcomes.
  • Enhance collaboration, productivity, and technical capabilities by providing appropriate solutions based on business needs.
  • Identify and assess end-user impacts from technology-driven changes and develop suitable change management plans.
What You Bring To The Role
  • Diploma in Organizational Change Management, Learning and Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in adoption and change management consulting, professional services, or related roles.
  • Relevant certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci) are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in change management, training, and communication, preferably within a digital or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles.
  • Expertise in Microsoft productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs and materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address user needs and concerns.

This position requires fluency in English, with the ability to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders across Canada.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The base salary range is $86,000 to $128,500, potentially plus bonuses. Salary within this range depends on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
