The Digital Workplace team is seeking a Manager of Change and Adoption for digital workplace solutions. This team supports the firm’s needs by providing solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, knowledge management, change management, and user experience. These solutions aim to enable KPMG employees with effective technology and knowledge resources that drive value for both KPMG and its clients.

What You Will Do
  • Design and lead business needs discovery and solution workshops.
  • Conceptualize and propose tailored solutions to address business needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with engagement teams and other business units to optimize application use for desired outcomes.
  • Enhance collaboration, productivity, and technical capabilities by providing suitable solutions based on business needs.
  • Identify and assess the impact of technology-driven changes on end users and develop appropriate change management plans.
What You Bring To The Role
  • Diploma in Organizational Change Management, Learning and Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in adoption and change management consulting, professional services, or related roles.
  • Relevant change management certifications (e.g., Prosci) are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in change management, training, and communication within digital or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles.
  • Expertise in Microsoft productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs and materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address user needs and concerns.

This role requires fluency in English, supporting collaboration with English-speaking colleagues and stakeholders across Canada.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The base salary range is $86,000 to $128,500, potentially with bonuses. Salary is determined based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
