The Digital Workplace team seeks a Manager, Change and Adoption, to support digital workplace solutions focused on productivity, collaboration, knowledge management, change management, and user experience. These solutions aim to enable KPMG employees with effective technology and knowledge resources, creating value for KPMG and its clients.

What You Will Do

  • Design and lead business needs discovery and solution workshops.
  • Conceptualize and propose tailored solutions to address business needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with engagement teams and other business units to optimize application use for desired outcomes.
  • Enhance collaboration, productivity, and technical capabilities with appropriate solutions based on business needs.
  • Identify and assess end-user impacts from technology-driven changes and develop suitable change management plans.

What You Bring To The Role

  • Diploma in Organizational Change Management, Learning and Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in adoption and change management consulting, professional services, or related roles.
  • Relevant change management certifications (e.g., Prosci) are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in change management, training, and communication within digital or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles.
  • Expertise in Microsoft productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs and materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address user needs.

This position requires fluency in English, supporting collaboration with English-speaking colleagues and stakeholders across regions.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The base salary range is $86,000 to $128,500, potentially including bonuses. Salary is determined based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
