The Digital Workplace team is seeking a Manager of Change and Adoption for digital workplace solutions. This team supports the firm by providing solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, knowledge management, change management, and user experience. These solutions aim to enable KPMG employees with effective technology and knowledge tools, driving value for the firm and its clients.

What You Will Do

  1. Design and lead business needs discovery and solution workshops.
  2. Conceptualize and propose solutions tailored to business needs and challenges.
  3. Collaborate with engagement teams and other business units to optimize application use for desired outcomes.
  4. Enhance collaboration, productivity, and technical capabilities by providing suitable solutions based on business needs.
  5. Identify and assess end-user impacts of technology-driven changes and develop appropriate change management plans.

What You Bring To The Role

  1. A diploma in Organizational Change Management, Learning and Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in adoption and change management consulting, professional services, or related roles.
  3. Relevant certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci) are a plus.
  4. Hands-on experience in change management, training, and communication, preferably within a digital workplace or technology-driven environment.
  5. Strong understanding of change management principles.
  6. Expertise in Microsoft productivity tools.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Ability to design and deliver effective training programs and materials.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address user needs and concerns.

This position requires fluency in written and spoken English. The successful candidate will support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders across the province while at KPMG.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The base salary range for this position is $86,000 to $128,500, potentially eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offered will depend on location, skills, competencies, and qualifications. KPMG also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
