Job summary

On Side Restoration Services Ltd. is seeking experienced Flooring Installers/Carpenters to rebuild and restore damaged personal property after disasters.

You will focus on repairing existing flooring and installing new materials, finishing work, and ensuring a pre-disaster look. This role requires 10+ years of flooring installation experience, ability to work independently or in a team, and a safety-minded, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience installing flooring.
• Experience in interior carpentry repairs is an asset.
• Detail-oriented with pride in quality results.
• Familiarity with flooring tools and supplies.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Safety-minded with willingness to follow procedures.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using apps/software for scheduling.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a criminal record check.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Flooring Installers/Carpenters at On Side rebuild and restore damaged personal property anywhere and anytime a disaster strikes. With the goal of getting things back to a pre-disaster state, Flooring Carpenters focus on repairing existing flooring and installing new. If you’re passionate about helping people and skilled at making things right, this is your chance to make a real difference.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $26-$28/hour
• Overtime opportunities (where applicable)

What You’ll Do

• Finishing work and fine details, rough and trim
• Installing laminate, vinyl, hardwood flooring as well as carpet
• Complete all flooring repairs

• 10+ years experience installing flooring

Disasters can strike at any time so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement. Meaning you’ll work regular weekday hours and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
