Job summary

On Side Restoration Services Ltd. is seeking a Carpenter – (Multi-Skilled Tradesperson) in Victoria, BC.

The role focuses on rebuilding and restoring damaged property with carpenters, drywallers and painters to return spaces to pre-disaster condition. The position offers overtime opportunities, on-call premiums, extended health coverage, EAP, RRSP with DPSP, life and disability insurance, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience doing interior carpentry repairs/restoration.
• Experience with interior and exterior home repairs.
• Ability to pass a criminal record check.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Leadership to guide helpers and train less experienced workers.
• Tools and the skills to use them.
• Safety mindset.

Carpenter – (Multi-Skilled Tradesperson)

Position Summary

Carpenters at On Side rebuild and restore damaged personal property anywhere and anytime a disaster strikes. With the goal of getting things back to a pre-disaster state Carpenters or Multi-Skilled Tradespeople, use the skills of carpenters, drywallers and painters! If you’re passionate about helping people and skilled at making things right, this is your chance to make a real difference.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $29-$35/hour
