Qualifications

• Must have SellSafe Certification.
• High school diploma and college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training required.
• Demonstrated sales and service orientation required.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in retail; cannabis industry preferred.
• A valid First Aid certification is considered an asset.
• Excellent time management and prioritizing skills required; ability to train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to store operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Assist in delivering personnel management when on shift and resolve customer service issues.
• Provide direction and instruction to store associates as required.
• Ensure store conditions meet established standards and health/safety regulations.
• Assist in staffing level decisions and inventory management on shift.
• Act as sales and customer service leader in the absence of SM/ASM.
• Greet and assist customers, modeling exemplary conduct.
• Handle customer complaints and adhere to company policies.
