Job summary

Canna Cabana Inc. in Okotoks is seeking a Full-Time Shift Leader who is knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking and mature to supervise daily store operations. You will support store management, model excellent customer service, and lead staff on shift to meet sales targets.

Must have a valid SellSafe certification; high school plus college/CEGEP/vocational training is required. Cannabis retail experience is preferred and first aid is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have valid SellSafe Certification.
• High school diploma plus college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training.
• Retail experience, cannabis industry preferred.
• First Aid certification is considered an asset.
• Excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to train and motivate staff.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in supervising daily operations.
• Oversee responsibilities in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Lead staff on shift and resolve customer service issues.
• Provide direction and instruction to associates.
• Ensure store standards and health, safety, and security regulations are followed.
• Help manage staffing levels and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee inventory processes on shift.
