Job summary

Canna Cabana in Chestermere, Alberta is seeking Part-Time Shift Leaders to supervise daily store operations and lead a team on shift. The role requires SellSafe certification, a high school diploma, and at least 2 years in retail, preferably cannabis.

Qualifications

• Must have valid SellSafe Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in retail, cannabis industry preferred.
• Excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of daily store operations on shift.
• Oversee responsibilities of Store Manager in their absence.
• Lead staff on shift and model outstanding customer service.
• Greet and assist customers and ensure high service standards.
