Canna Cabana is seeking a Retail Shift Supervisor to lead sales associates during assigned shifts, ensure compliance with Alberta cannabis retail regulations, and deliver a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced store environment. The role requires availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotation between Canmore and Banff locations.

The split-shift schedule centers around peak hours, with two 4-hour shifts daily and 40 hours per week.

Qualificações

• Secondary school completion required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience; cannabis retail preferred.
• Proven sales and service orientation with ability to train, motivate, and lead staff.
• Strong time-management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and split shifts at Canmore/Banff.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coordinate, and guide sales associates during shifts.
• Authorize payments, refunds, exchanges, and returns per policy.
• Sell cannabis products and accessories; provide a positive customer experience.
• Resolve issues during shifts and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain inventory and support merchandising, stocking, and availability.
• Train employees to meet company standards and safety procedures.
• Handle cash transactions and deposits with accuracy.
• Open and/or close the store as a key holder, following procedures.
• Verify customer IDs and enforce Alberta cannabis regulations.
• Support sales targets and drive sales initiatives.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed and rotate between Canmore and Banff.
