About The Role

Exciting Opportunity: Operator 1 – Cannabis Production

Join our dynamic production team and play a key role in cannabis processing. Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, the Operator 1 ensures safe, accurate, and efficient execution of labelers and some semi-automated equipment in compliance with cGMP standards. This hands‑on role supports daily production activities, equipment operation, and quality control in a fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Reviewing batch records and identifying necessary equipment and raw materials
  • Verifying ingredient codes and quantities match batch instructions
  • Monitoring production processes and ensuring product quality
  • Cleaning and setting up equipment between batches
  • Performing sampling for lab analysis and updating logbooks
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Following all SOPs, safety protocols, and cGMP requirements
  • Collaborating with the Shift Supervisor to meet real‑time production goals
  • Supporting general housekeeping and equipment storage activities
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
  • Mechanically inclined with solid math skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks safely
  • Knowledge of cGMP is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Must pass a background check
