Job summary

Shermco Canada is hiring a Territory Account Manager in Calgary, Alberta. You will grow the customer base, manage key accounts, and support revenue growth by selling electrical testing, maintenance, and engineering services.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B outside sales, strong relationship-building, and the ability to travel up to 25%. You will work closely with operations, engineering, and field service teams in a safety-conscious, technical environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B outside sales or account management in industrial/technical services.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering Technology, Electrical Technology, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical power services and safety practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute territory and account plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Develop a forward-looking opportunity pipeline with new-logo acquisition.
• Manage key accounts and support revenue growth with consultative, solution-based selling.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast accuracy; communicate with operations and engineering teams.
• Travel up to 25% for customer visits, site meetings, and industry events.
