Job summary

Venters Recruits Ltd. is seeking a skilled Commercial Account Manager to grow our Calgary, AB territory. This customer-facing sales role focuses on building relationships with HVAC contractors, dealers, and consulting engineers, while expanding market share and new business opportunities.

You will provide quotes, product information, and technical support, collaborating with engineers on equipment selection and specifications, and scheduling lunch & learns to drive adoption of new products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC/R sales experience.
• HVAC education or equivalent technical background.
• Experience selling to contractors, dealers, or consulting engineers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
