Job description
We are seeking an experienced CAD Technician for our Transportation Group.

You will work on a wide variety of meaningful projects with engineering and design needs, which will challenge you.

Key Responsibilities include:
  1. Perform highway and bridge-related drawing development using Bentley and AutoCAD on large-scale transportation projects.
  2. Prepare drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of engineering designs with occasional assistance.
  3. Format CAD drawings to client standards using various software.
  4. Be familiar with the use of Sheet Set Manager and Reference Manager.
  5. Collaborate with other production team members.
  6. Understand engineering and architectural documentation and construction, including infrastructure.
  7. Work in a group setting, monitor projects for standards compliance, and detect modeling errors.
  8. Review CAD and models for design coordination issues.
  9. Utilize several CAD/BIM software tools effectively.
Required Experience:
  • Associates Degree in Drafting & Design or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Transportation Agencies.
  • Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, OpenBridge, OpenBuildings, Revit for plan and detail development and presentation.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with different software workspaces.
Compensation Range:

$46,713.00 - $62,284.00
