Your Impact

Oversees the Dermalogica sales performance in the assigned geographical territory. Drives sales performance within the market area by creating a business plan, establishing a regular call plan to accounts, conducting market events, and helping the accounts grow with Dermalogica.

About you

You connect with people, build lasting relationships with clients, develop a strong network, and proactively increase the new client pipeline. What will you do
  • Drive and meet sales targets in the region by ensuring the execution of strategic sales plans to grow and support accounts within the region.
  • Meets monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for new account openings, in terms of numbers and dollars, by meeting or exceeding targets for cold-call activities, and field visits with identified and qualified leads.
  • Using sell-through data, create actionable business plans in collaboration with accounts
  • Implementing and supporting new promotions and product launches
  • Supporting customers with merchandising displays for maximum product exposure
  • Maintain a clear routing of accounts in an outlook calendar with up-to-date and booked appointments
  • Participating and supporting educational programs and trade shows
  • The position requires regular attendance at sales meetings such as quarterly meetings and national sales meetings which will require overnight stays. Participating in regional or national trade shows may be a requirement.
  • Maintains and assures a safe work environment, embracing safe driving practices
Requirements
  • At least two years of field B2B sales experience in the skin care or similar industry
  • Certified Skin Therapist (esthetician) a plus
  • Strong business acumen and experience in the skin, health and beauty industry
  • Impeccable ability to build customer focused business relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and CRM tools
  • Live within your territory
  • Ambassador of Dermalogica, the candidate must incorporate the company’s mission and commitment to its business partners at every point of contact with both internal and external clients
  • Valid driver\'s license and own a car
  • Ability to travel daily by car to visit accounts, and depending on territory size, requires approximately 30% annually to service accounts outside of driving distance
