The Business Change Management Lead will drive the successful adoption and sustainability of AI-driven and product initiatives within Digital and Personal Distribution Channels, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. This role focuses on enabling advisors, clients, and internal teams through structured change strategies, data‑driven insights, and targeted communications. By bridging the gap between technology, operations, and people, the incumbent will minimize disruption, maximize ROI, and foster a culture of agility to support RBC’s innovation agenda. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and hands‑on execution to drive transformational outcomes while maintaining RBC’s commitment to excellence and client trust.

What will you do?
  • Strategic Change Leadership, Strategy, & Organizational Readiness: Partner with senior leaders to align change initiatives with RBC’s business goals and AI/product roadmap; assess change impacts, identify resistance points, and design tailored adoption strategies for advisors and clients.
  • Advisor Enablement: Partner with enablement teams to build communication and training frameworks to equip advisors with AI/product skills.
  • Client Communications: Partner to develop clear, client‑facing messaging for AI/product changes to minimize disruption.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver integrated performance reporting – tracking adoption, productivity, and client satisfaction via KPIs and dashboards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product, Technology and Operations teams to align change efforts with business goals.
  • Risk Mitigation: Partner with product and risk partners to ensure compliance with regulations and address risks in advisor/client adoption.
  • Feedback & Iteration: Lead and establish feedback loops to refine communications, training, and processes.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related experience with 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Change Management lead, practices and theory were diligently applied.
  • Project / Program Agile delivery experience in a dependent multi‑agile team environment, using influence to facilitate outcomes.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience working on medium‑to‑high complexity initiatives.
Nice‑to‑have:
  • Certified Scrum Master/Agile Practitioner
  • Experience in digital product and delivery
  • Experience in communications and marketing
