Job summary

RBC Dominion Securities seeks an Assistant Branch Operations Manager in Toronto to lead daily branch operations, support the Management and Advisor teams, and ensure compliance. You will oversee client account activities, onboarding, and process improvements while liaising with internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily administrative operations of the branch including approvals of transactions and account openings.
• Assist with training new branch support staff and coordinate ongoing training initiatives for existing staff.
• Ensure compliance and internal control requirements are met.
• Branch technology access, setup, and troubleshooting.
