Job summary

RBC in Canada is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead a high‑volume branch team. You will coach Advisors, drive sales objectives, and promote digital education and multi‑channel service to deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will develop talent, strengthen community relationships, and partner with management to optimize branch performance and growth. 37.5 hours weekly, salaried role based in Truro, with mobility to nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-performing banking team.
• Proven ability to grow business and client relationships.
• LICENSED mutual funds experience within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch Advisors to meet sales objectives.
• Drive client education, digital adoption, and multichannel usage.
• Foster community engagement and strong internal partnerships.
