Qualifications

• Mutual funds accreditation required or ability to write CSI exam within 4 months of start date.
• Minimum 3 years in a people management role.
• Entrepreneurial business acquisition mindset.
• Ability to employ digital channels and drive client awareness.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead a branch team to deliver superior client experiences.
• Drive new client acquisitions through multiple channels and local partners.
• Allocate resources to meet community needs and grow sales and market share.
• Coach team on client advice, education, and issue resolution at first contact.
• Close gaps identified through operational, credit, and compliance reviews.
