RBC is seeking a Branch Manager in Richmond Hill, Canada, to lead a local market team and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will motivate staff, coach on client education, and drive multi-channel engagement while aligning with RBC's values and community leadership.

Ideal candidates bring mutual funds credentials, strong people management experience, and a proven entrepreneurial mindset to grow sales, digital adoption, and community partnerships within a dynamic RBC branch.

Qualifications

• Mutual funds accreditation (IFIC or CSC) required.
• Branch management exam in mutual funds (CSI) completed or able to write within 4 months.
• Minimum 3 years in a people management role.
• Entrepreneurial business acquisition mindset.
• Ability to use digital channels and drive client awareness.

Responsabilités

• Inspire and coach a team to deliver a memorable client experience.
• Lead client acquisitions through multiple channels and local partners.
• Grow sales, revenue and market share while managing resources.
• Drive high employee engagement through recruitment, development and planning.
• Coach staff on client advice, problem resolution, and digital enablement.
• Address gaps identified in operational and compliance reviews.
