Kingsmill Foods Company Limited is a rapidly growing beverage manufacturer located at 1399 Kennedy Rd, Toronto (Scarborough), Ontario. We are recruiting for a *Production Manager *(NOC Code 90010) who would like to work in a hands-on fast paced environment. This is a full time, permanent position with a salary range of $52.00/hr, 40 hours/week. This position requires frequent work on Saturdays, particularly from August to February time frame. As there is responsibility over 3 shifts, occasional afternoon and night shift is required.Job Duties include:· Management of production supervisors in 3 shift operation, Manage 50-100 people· Hands-on management to ensure that daily production requirements are met: safety, quality, environment, procedures and production output· Develop strategies and implementation plans to improve all aspects of production, with a focus on Lean Manufacturing tools· Review progress versus plans and key metrics· Training of Lean Manufacturing tools· Train supervisors to develop detailed knowledge of equipment in factory (canning, single serve pouches, bags and bottles).
