Job summary

Wajax is seeking an invoicing specialist to ensure accurate and timely issuance of client invoices. You will collaborate with Management to analyze goals and KPIs and support financial activities within the Shared Services team.

Key responsibilities include processing invoicing, adhering to policy, and producing KPI reports, while coordinating with Accounting, Inside Sales and Projects to maintain strong client relations and efficient billing processes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Supply Chain or accounting environment.
• Excellent communication, MS Office, ERP knowledge, math reasoning.
• Continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and participate in Health and Safety programs.
• Process and execute invoicing activities for all areas of Tundra as required.
• Adhere to invoicing policies, procedures and approvals.
• Work with Accounting, Inside Sales and Projects to ensure timely invoices.
• Issue invoices via online portals and email.
• Identify billing cycle efficiencies and maintain backup invoicing procedures.
• Produce KPI, metric and performance reports.
• Additional tasks as required.
