Wajax is seeking an invoicing specialist to ensure accurate and timely issuance of client invoices. You will collaborate with Management to analyze goals and KPIs and support financial activities within the Shared Services team.
Key responsibilities include processing invoicing, adhering to policy, and producing KPI reports, while coordinating with Accounting, Inside Sales and Projects to maintain strong client relations and efficient billing processes.
Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of invoice issuance to clients. Works with Management to analyze goals and KPIs. Available to help with financial related activities within the Shared Services team.

Education: High School; College or Trade or Certifications
Work Experience: 1-2 years in Supply Chain or accounting related environment required
Knowledge: Excellent communication skills, MS Office, working knowledge of ERP systems and mathematical reasoning skills required. Continuous improvement experience is an asset.
