Overview

IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently looking to hire a BILINGUAL TRAINER (DRIVERS) for our Brampton, ON client.

Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY: Delivers and evaluates training programs, providing coaching and performance assessments to ensure participants meet organizational standards. This is a 100% on site role, based out of Brampton.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver training using adult learning and accelerated learning methods.
  • Model professional behavior and communicate performance expectations.
  • Observe, assess, and coach trainees during exercises and classroom activities.
  • Conduct final evaluations and coaching sessions to determine trainee performance ratings.
  • Maintain accurate training records (attendance, schedules, observations).
  • Stay current on company procedures and training best practices.
  • Communicate trainee progress and operational needs with trainers and managers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Combination of office and outdoor training/course work.
  • Requires frequent exposure to noise, weather, and outdoor conditions.
  • Occasional lifting (under 30 lbs).
  • Minimal exposure to occupational risks.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associate’s Degree, or High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of experience.
  • Experience: 1+ year professional driving experience (trucking industry).
  • Licenses: DZ or higher preferred.
  • Skills: Microsoft Windows, presentation and facilitation, feedback delivery, performance assessment, coaching, teamwork, interpersonal skills.
  • Other: Bilingual (French/English)
