A leading Bilingual Consulting Firm is looking for a Senior Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant in Saint John, New Brunswick. The role involves executing full cycle search activities, partnering with hiring managers, and creating customized strategies for sourcing candidates. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with proficiency in both English and French. The position offers a salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 and includes various benefits such as medical coverage and paid time off.

As a Senior Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will execute full cycle search activities to source and qualify candidates for open requisitions within Grainger Canada. You will serve as a talent partner for an assigned client group(s) within the business.
In an advisory capacity, you will partner with Hiring Managers and Human Resource Partners to fill open roles within the time to fill goals. You will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and enjoy the flexibility to work from home or in a hybrid capacity depending on upon your location.
This position is salaried and will pay between $80,000 - $100,000. This role is bonus eligible.
