Bilingual Reconciliations Administrator – 2 Bilingual Positions Available
Location: Toronto (preferred) or Montreal
Environment: Hybrid – Currently 1 day/week in the office, soon to be 2 days/week (typically Mon & Tues). 2 day/week in 2026 (can go up to 3 times a week).
Days: Monday to Friday
Shifts: Eastern Standard Time: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm – 30 minute lunch
Salary: $46,000 - $55,000 + 5% Bonus (Potential for higher salary if experienced)

Qualifications / Your experience and skills:
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English and French is required to effectively communicate with partners, clients, and colleagues across Canada
- Post‑Secondary education and a degree in Business Admin or Finance is an asset
- 1 year of administrative work experience in the Mutual Fund or Financial Securities Industry
- Has experience with reconciliations
- Knowledge of current operational procedures governing the mutual fund and security industry
- IFIC or CSC designation is an asset
- Extremely detail oriented and accurate
- Excellent problem‑solving skills to perform analysis of the exception issues and determine solutions
- Demonstrates the ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Flexible to meet changing needs and manage deadlines
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet time constraints
- Intermediate computer skills and advanced skills in Excel and Access are an asset
- Experience using Dataphile and FundCom is an asset
- Intermediate Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, some basic formulas)
- Accuracy & detail oriented – checking details & reports requires accuracy
- Strong time management & follow‑up skills – need to gather information from other teams
- Requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop relationships as they will interact with multiple internal departments as well as Fund Companies, GIC Issuers, Portfolio Managers, Credit Unions and Bank providers
