MSH Americas - Diot-Siaci Group seeks an Intake Specialist to greet members and route inquiries for medical or general assistance, ensuring a smooth handoff to Case Coordinators. You will handle calls, emails, and faxes, assist traveling members with taxis, hotels, and appointments, and coordinate with providers worldwide while updating clients on progress.

Fluent English and French, strong Word/Excel skills, and a flexible hybrid work setup in Canada are required, with real growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience or more.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Help traveling members with taxis, ambulances, hotels, and medical appointments.
• Coordinate with service providers worldwide to gather reports and documentation.
• Keep clients updated on assistance progress and next steps.
• Support members in getting home safely and liaise between families, medical providers, and insurance companies.
• Use the case management system to track details and actions.
• Review benefit plans and confirm coverage details.
