Bayshore HealthCare is seeking an Intake Specialist in Mississauga for a contracted role ending August 2027. Provides administrative support for Patient Support Services across Bayshore pharma products under contract.

Responsibilities include data entry in CRM, document processing, scheduling nursing visits, and ensuring timely reporting. Requirements include university/college education or equivalent, bilingual English/French, 2+ years for customer service, and experience with CRM software.

Formación

• University/college education or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in English and French (verbal and written) required.
• At least two years of recent customer service experience.
• Experience with client management software.
• Experience in a health care environment.
• Ability to work independently or within a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Additional languages are an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Accept all incoming referrals for PSS programs and check them for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter information from the referral into CRM and forward to the appropriate Case Manager.
• Upload and process documents into CRM and forward to appropriate people.
• Follow up with the branch to schedule nursing visits within the agreed time.
• Provide information back to the referral contact regarding date of scheduled visit.
• Receive post-visit reports and upload into CRM; distribute as requested.
• Maintain up-to-date files and records in CRM.
• Triage emails and process program fax documents.
• Track data for pharmaceutical companies as requested.
• Provide ongoing administrative support to the Pharmaceutical Services Department.
• Participate in ongoing continuing education activities.
• Adhere to Bayshore policies and procedures.
• Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement within the Quality Management System.
• Participate in Health & Safety activities and report risks.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Complete other tasks as requested.
• Report adverse events and product quality complaints per Health Canada guidelines.
