RBC Insurance Group is seeking a Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto in Montréal. You’ll provide insurance advice to clients via inbound calls, assess needs, and guide solutions while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to obtain the required licenses for Quebec and Ontario/province certifications.
• Bilingual English/French required for servicing clients in both languages.
• High level of reading, comprehension and speaking in both languages.
• Exceptional customer service with relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to work all shifts within operating hours (Mon–Fri 8:00am–8:30pm).
• Digital literacy across devices and online tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their needs through inbound calls.
• Maintain a consistent, positive client experience and resolve concerns at first contact.
• Complete needs assessments using tools and calculators to demonstrate value.
• Demonstrate understanding of regulatory risk when underwriting Home & Auto policies.
• Use procedures effectively during conversations with clients.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team.
