RBC Insurance Group in Montréal is seeking a bilingual Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto to provide insurance advice and options over inbound calls, helping clients protect what matters most with empathy and clarity. You will assess client needs and use RBC tools to tailor recommendations, while maintaining regulatory awareness and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Possession of the Quebec Damage Insurance certificate or ability to obtain the Quebec Damage Insurance certificate and the General Insurance License for Ontario/other provinces (training provided).
• Bilingualism (English and French) required for English and French client needs.
• Exceptional customer service skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
• Flexibility to work all shifts; Home & Auto Advice Centre operates Mon–Fri 8:00am–8:30pm.
• Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their needs through inbound calls.
• Deliver a consistent, positive client experience and resolve concerns at first point of contact.
• Complete personalized needs assessments using tools and resources to support recommendations.
• Demonstrate understanding of regulatory risk when underwriting and updating policies.
• Follow procedures during conversations and collaborate with partners to act as one RBC team.
