Job summary

RBC Insurance Group in Montréal is seeking an RBC Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto to provide bilingual insurance advice over the phone and help clients protect what matters. You’ll complete needs assessments, explain policy options, and work toward meeting individual and team sales goals with warm, empathetic service.

You’ll use your knowledge of Quebec and Ontario licenses and regulatory risk, with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience and collaborating with partners

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain insurance options clearly and empathetically.
• Willingness to obtain required provincial licenses and maintain regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance advice to clients via inbound calls.
• Maintain a positive client experience and resolve concerns at first contact.
• Complete needs assessments and demonstrate value using tools and calculators.
• Underwrite and update home & auto policies with regulatory awareness.
• Collaborate with RBC partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.
