Job summary

RBC Insurance Group is hiring a Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto in Montréal. You will provide insurance advice and options to clients over the phone, building trust and delivering a positive experience on every call.

You will assess client needs with tools and calculators, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless interactions with RBC partners. You will obtain provincial licenses, work bilingual in English and French, and contribute to team sales goals while leveraging RBC’s Total

Qualifications

Willingness to obtain required provincial insurance certificates/licenses.
Bilingual English and French required for client service.
Strong customer service skills with relationship-building ability.
Flexible to work shifts within operating hours.
Digital literacy across devices (phones, tablets, laptops).

Responsibilities

Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their needs through inbound calls.
Maintain a consistent, positive client experience and resolve concerns at first contact.
Complete personalized needs assessments using tools and calculators to support recommendations.
Demonstrate regulatory risk awareness when underwriting home & auto policies.
Collaborate with partners to act as one RBC team.
