RBC Insurance Group is seeking a Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto in Montréal. You’ll provide insurance advice and options to help clients protect what matters, serving bilingual English and French-speaking clients with empathy and clarity.

You'll complete licensing requirements, assess client needs, and strive for exceptional service while contributing to team sales goals and partnering with RBC colleagues to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Willingness to obtain the Quebec Damage Insurance certificate and the Ontario General Insurance License.
• Bilingual (English and French) required.
• High level of reading, comprehension and speaking in both languages.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Flexibility to work all shifts; Home & Auto Advice Centre hours 8:00am–8:30pm.
• Digital literacy across devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops.

Aufgaben

• Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their needs through inbound calls.
• Exhibit a consistent, positive client experience with every conversation and resolve client concerns at first point of contact.
• Complete personalized needs assessments and reviews using tools and calculators to demonstrate value and support advice recommendations.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of regulatory risk when underwriting and updating home & auto insurance policies.
• Use procedures effectively and seamlessly during conversations with clients.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team.
