Job summary

RBC Insurance Group in Montréal is seeking an Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto. You’ll be the trusted voice on the phone, providing insurance options to help clients protect what matters, with empathy, clarity and a focus on exceptional service.

You’ll complete needs assessments, underwrite and update policies with regulatory awareness, collaborate with partners across RBC to meet team sales goals, and support clients through timely, accurate guidance.

Qualifications

Must obtain Quebec Damage Insurance certificate and Ontario General Insurance License.
Bilingual English and French required for regular client service.
High reading, comprehension and speaking skills in both languages.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Flexibility to work all shifts within operating hours; digital literacy across devices.

Responsibilities

Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their needs through inbound calls.
Deliver a consistent, positive client experience and resolve concerns at first contact.
Complete personalized needs assessments using tools and calculators to support recommendations.
Understand regulatory risk when underwriting and updating home and auto policies.
Use procedures effectively during conversations and collaborate with RBC partners.
