Job summary

RBC Insurance Group in Montréal is seeking a bilingual Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto to provide insurance advice and options to clients by phone. You will help protect what’s important to them with empathetic, clear guidance and contribute to personal and team sales goals by recommending home and auto solutions and referring clients to partners.

You will assess client needs, deliver value through tools and calculators, and maintain strong client relationships while navigating

Qualifications

Must be bilingual (English and French) and able to serve English- and French-speaking clients.
Quebec Damage Insurance certificate or willingness to obtain (training provided).
Strong customer service skills with relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their needs via inbound calls.
Maintain a positive client experience and resolve concerns at first point of contact.
Perform personalized needs assessments and use tools to demonstrate value and support recommendations.
Demonstrate understanding of regulatory risk when underwriting home & auto policies.
Use established procedures during client conversations and collaborate with RBC partners.
