RBC Insurance Group is seeking a bilingual Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto in Montréal. You will provide insurance advice to inbound calls, help clients protect what matters, and contribute to personal and team sales goals by recommending home and auto solutions.

You’ll work with a supportive RBC team, maintain client relationships, complete needs assessments, and leverage tools to illustrate value while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Quebec Damage Insurance certificate or willingness to obtain it plus General Insurance License for Ontario/other provinces (training provided).
• Bilingual in English and French is required to serve clients with English and French needs.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Flexibility to work all shifts; Home & Auto Advice Centre hours 8:00am–8:30pm.
• Digital literacy across a broad range of devices.
