Qualifications

• Must-have bilingualism (English and French)
• Quebec Damage Insurance certificate or willingness to obtain it
• General Insurance License for Ontario or other provinces
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• Flexibility to work all shifts within operation hours (8:00–20:30)
• Digital literacy across devices and platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients via inbound calls
• Maintain a positive client experience and resolve concerns at first contact
• Conduct personalized needs assessments using tools and calculators
• Underwrite and update home and auto policies with regulatory awareness
• Use RBC procedures to support client conversations and recommendations
• Collaborate with partners to function as one RBC team
