Job summary

RBC Insurance Group is seeking a Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto. You will provide insurance advice to clients via inbound calls, build strong client relationships, and help customers protect what matters most.

Success hinges on bilingual English/French communication, completion of required licenses, and a customer-centric mindset. You will conduct needs assessments, leverage tools to illustrate value, and collaborate with partners across RBC to meet individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Quebec Damage Insurance certificate and General Insurance License for Ontario and other provinces.
• Bilingualism required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to work all shifts within operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their needs through inbound calls
• Exhibit a consistent, positive client experience and resolve client concerns at first point of contact
• Complete personalized needs assessments and reviews using tools and calculators to support recommendations
• Demonstrate understanding of regulatory risk when underwriting home & auto policies
• Use procedures effectively during conversations with clients
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team
