Job summary

Renaissance Montréal Downtown is seeking a guest services agent to welcome guests, check them in, and explain hotel services including the Marriott Bonvoy program.

You will respond to guest requests with outstanding service, answer calls, coordinate with departments, and process departures; fluent bilingual in French and English is required. Experience in hospitality and working knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office are assets.

Qualifications

• Training in customer service (asset).
• Significant work experience in customer service in hospitality or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, check them in and explain hotel services, including Marriott Bonvoy.
• Respond to guest requests with outstanding service and coordinate with departments.
• Answer phone calls, transfer to appropriate department and process departures.
• Take room service orders and inform guests about products and services.
