First Onsite is looking for a talented Estimator (MUST BE BILINGUAL FRENCH) to join our coast-to-coast Canadian team. You must be in Canada, but your home office can be anywhere! Responsibilities

A day in the life of a First Onsite Estimator is fast-paced, collaborative, and deeply rewarding. From the moment the day begins, you\'re connecting with Project Managers and the Program Performance Manager, reviewing project details, and diving into the numbers to create accurate, timely estimates that help restore properties to their pre-disaster condition. You\'ll translate information from branches into clear, detailed proposals, using your expertise with tools like ClaimTrak, Xactimate, and Microsoft Office to get it right the first time. Along the way, you\'ll be in touch with insurance companies, independent adjusters, and internal teams, making sure everyone is aligned and service levels are met. Every estimate you complete moves a project closer to completion, bringing relief to property owners and pride to the team—because you know your work directly impacts how quickly and smoothly people can get back to normal.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years working as an estimator or project manager from the disaster restoration industry
• Level 1-3 XACTIMATE
• College Diploma or certification; or combination of relevant training courses in related fields and relevant experience may be acceptable in lieu of the academic requirements.
• Computer skills required effectively use Word, Excel, Outlook,
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in French is a MUST HAVE.
• Strong administration and record keeping skills.
• Basic accounting experience
