A leading customer service company is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their remote team in Canada. The ideal candidate will be fluently bilingual in English and French and have at least 3 years of customer service experience. This role requires excellent computer skills and strong interpersonal abilities. Competitive salary of $65,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Location: Remote, Must live in the Greater Toronto Area
Hours: Mon-Fri – must be flexible from 7:30 a.m. to a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Hours vary: 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. or 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m. (40 hours/wk.)
Salary: $65,000
