A leading beauty care company in Montreal is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage sales orders and resolve customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education and 3-5 years of experience in customer service, along with fluency in English and French. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service / order entry experience required.
• Ability to provide high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders from entry to delivery in the SAP system.
• Coordinate delivery of goods by checking inventory in SAP.
• Provide ongoing communication with customers regarding order status.
• Assist Account Managers with inquiries on orders.
• Record customer interactions in the CRM system.
