Job summary

GreenShield is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead group onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for clients in Canada. You will coordinate with Advisors and the Account Management team, handling setup, billing and benefit packages before go-live.

You will perform data quality checks, train clients, and monitor month-one activity, escalating issues promptly to ensure a successful implementation and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• University Degree or Diploma required.
• 1-3 years of Group Insurance or Benefits Administration experience.
• Knowledge of the Canadian group insurance industry.
• Ability to communicate information clearly to a broad audience.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and onboarding of groups to ensure a seamless transition.
• First point of contact for Advisors/Executive Benefit Consultants and coordination with Account Management.
• Ensure completion and setup including billing, payment and benefit packages before go-live.
• Perform multiple system coding and data quality checks to ensure accurate group and employee data.
• Be the primary contact, provide excellent service, and deliver face-to-face consultations on product suites.
• Monitor month-one activity and escalate issues to the Implementation Manager.
• Complete project deliverables including welcome packages and Plan Administrator kits.
