Job summary

Green Shield Canada (GSC) is seeking a bilingual Manager, Enterprise Onboarding PMO to lead a team of Project Managers responsible for onboarding new clients across Insurance, Administration, and Health.

The role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, governance, change management, and KPI reporting, ensuring alignment with GSC’s mission and strategic priorities. Travel may be required as part of stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• PMO leadership experience in complex organizations.
• Experience onboarding clients and managing multi-stakeholder projects.
• Knowledge of health benefits/insurance industry and administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Guide the onboarding of new clients/partners to ensure desired outcomes through a high-performing team.
• Oversee project governance, controls, documentation, and project plans; ensure tools are available for EO PMO.
• Lead Agile delivery to support key value streams and transformation initiatives.
