Job summary

GreenShield Canada (GSC) is seeking a Bilingual Manager, Enterprise Onboarding PMO in Montreal to lead a team of Project Managers across Insurance, Administration, and Health. You will ensure streamlined onboarding, governance, and change management, driving client success and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent work experience.
• PMP certification is required.
• Demonstrated management or supervisory experience, 5+ years.
• Expertise in group benefits administration and insurance and/or related industries.
• Superior project or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide the onboarding of new clients/partners to ensure outcomes with a high performing team.
• Oversee project governance, controls, documentation scope and plan deliverables.
• Develop and lead change management plans for large client amendments.
• Lead an Agile delivery model to support key value streams during transformation.
• Define measurements of success with KPI reporting and insights on a regular basis.
• Oversee portfolio of initiatives and report on status against priorities and financial plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Monitor sales pipeline to forecast resource plans and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Deliver finalist presentations to stakeholders in a professional manner.
