Job summary

GreenShield is seeking a Project Manager, Enterprise Onboarding to drive client onboarding across Insurance, Administration and Health lines of business. You will lead implementation plans, coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure delivery aligns with our service delivery standards.

Reporting to the PMO Manager, the role requires strong communication, a track record of managing multiple projects, and the ability to adapt plans while mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification preferred or working towards certification within first year.
• Demonstrated track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Industry knowledge (insurance, group benefits, administration, health services and/or related industry).
• Ability to influence and lead others to achieve project deliverables.
• Ability to organize and prioritize accountabilities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong customer focus with relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management tools (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Configure/adapt solutions for non-standard implementations.
• Develop and execute implementation project plans with internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage project governance including communications, meetings, documentation and risk.
• Coordinate internal and external resource requirements and deliverables.
• Adjust plans to achieve desired outcomes and manage expectations.
• Ensure project documents are complete and well-maintained.
• Manage multiple projects and back up other Project Managers.
• Coach resources on processes, tools and responsibilities.
• Deliver projects on time and monitor client feedback.
• Develop test/quality plans to ensure scope is met.
• Build cooperative relationships with team members and clients.
• Escalate issues to mitigate risk and disruption.
• Interact with the Management Team to ensure results.
• Support RFPs and finalist presentations for new opportunities.
• Participate in presentations to secure new business as GS ambassador.
• Guide stakeholders on Standard Service Delivery Guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement from client feedback.
