Job summary

Green Shield Canada is hiring an Implementation Specialist in Toronto to oversee client onboarding of groups, ensuring smooth transitions from setup to go-live. You will coordinate with advisors, handle billing and benefits configuration, and drive timely project delivery.

You will work with the Implementation Manager to monitor initial month performance, perform data quality checks, and train plan administrators, delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Insurance Administration or customer service.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly to a broad audience.
• Knowledge of the Canadian group insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and onboarding of groups with the company.
• Serve as the first contact for Advisors and Executives before transitioning to Account Management.
• Ensure billing, payments and benefit packages are set up before go-live.
• Conduct project-based transitions and resolve issues quickly.
• Provide client training and coordinate handoffs to the service team.
