Job summary

resolved seeks a sales leader to own new business for two service lines: Managed IT and Managed AI, targeting architecture, engineering, and construction firms in Vancouver or Chicago.

You will build a regional pipeline, conduct discovery calls, and lead assessments from scoping to the CIO‑led decision meeting, handing off signed clients to onboarding with full scope and commitments. Weekly pipeline reporting is required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling services to professional-services firms, ideally AEC.
• Comfort discussing margin, capacity, and risk with principals.
• Disciplined pipeline management and reporting.
• Based in Vancouver or Chicago with ability to travel between both cities.
• Small-team execution with accountability to promises.
• Direct line to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of AEC firms in your region.
• Run discovery calls and qualify fit for the firm and for us.
• Lead assessments from scoping to the decision meeting with the CIO.
• Hand signed clients to onboarding with scope, contacts, and commitments recorded.
• Provide weekly pipeline reports with numbers.
